Problem

I discover a problem with picture which I uploaded. The problem is when press on pic., it doesn't open it or even doesn't open it in original size but smaller. I try to find out how to solve this problem ,but unfortunately , I give up after searching for 3 days, so i hope pic would  be clear in future
